OMNIA TRAINING offers program support for Indigenous, First Nations, youths, newcomers to Canada, veterans and all Canadians.
At OMNIA TRAINING, we understand that getting a head start in a new career can be challenging. That is why we created skill training programs that suits the individual’s unique strengths and experiences. In addition, our programs provide the opportunity to be trained in a simulated work site environment.
Our teaching strategy combines the action learning and experiential learning principles for adult education and training. We incorporate theory-based classroom learning with simulation and hands-on learning in a “co-op” setting so that participants can apply their knowledge to real-life scenarios.
